Hanover home prices hold near $1.3 million median in late June sales
Hanover recorded eight property transfers between June 26 and July 25, with seven carrying sale prices ranging from $700,000 to $1,750,000 and a median of $1,300,000. The top sale was 47 Stone Meadow Lane at $1.75 million, sold by Justin and Leah Hamilton to Christopher Brown and Caitlin Fahey.
