HANOVER -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Hanover between June 19 and July 18, but only two disclosed a sale price, leaving most of the period's real estate activity undocumented in dollar terms.
MARKET OVERVIEW Ten deeds were recorded in Hanover during the period, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data. Only two of those transactions disclosed a sale price: $890 for a home on Brook Bend Road and $675 for a property on Karen Road. Because just two of the 10 deeds included a price, no meaningful median can be calculated for the period, and the range should not be read as representative of Hanover's overall market. The remaining eight transactions were recorded without a disclosed consideration amount, which is common for deed data and does not necessarily indicate a low sale price.
TOP SALES Two deeds in the period disclosed a sale price. The highest was 111 Brook Bend Road, sold June 24 for $890; Alan J. Abboud sold the property to Megan Bertini.
