Hanover Posts 11 Deed Transfers in Late Summer Period, Most Prices Undisclosed
Hanover recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $625 for 127 King St and $693 for 28 Lantern Ln, yielding a median of $659 across those two sales. Deerfield Lane saw two separate transfers during the period, the only street with more than one recorded deed. Several transactions involved LLC buyers or sellers, and at least three deeds reflected transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales. With price data disclosed on just 18% of transactions, the dataset offers limited insight into overall market pricing trends this period.
