The top transaction was 120 Deerfield Lane, which sold for $1,751,600 from Alexander Gordon Polofsky to David C. and Kelly J. Surabian; Deerfield Lane also saw a second sale at $1,310,000. Two other transfers, at 466 Center Street and 12 Old Cross Street, carried only nominal consideration and are not counted among market sales. With prices spanning from the $600,000s to above $1.7 million and eleven total transfers, the data shows a varied mix of price points rather than a single clear trend.
