Six of ten Hanover deeds recorded in July are family trust transfers with no sale price

Hanover recorded 10 property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $200 to $710 with a median of $564. The top disclosed sale was 305 Hanover St. at $710, sold by Albert and Lisa Nogler to Christopher and Rachel Howell. The other six transfers were trust or family transfers with no price listed, including a repeat on Franklin Road, where two separate properties changed hands. With most consideration amounts undisclosed, the data does not support a read on overall market pace this period.
