Hanover Records 11 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Eleven property transfers were recorded in Hanover between July 10 and Aug. 8. Five deeds listed a sale price, ranging from $200 to $995 with a median of $665; the other six did not disclose a price. The top disclosed sale was 10 James Rd at $995, transferred from Anna B. Bohlin and Jeffrey K. Bartlett to Robert and Kelly Trayah. All five priced sales involved buyers and sellers with different surnames, while five of the six undisclosed-price transfers were within the same family or into a trust, and one moved between two LLCs, the clearest pattern in this period's data.
