Hanover deed sales show tight price band, most transactions undisclosed
Nine Hanover properties changed hands between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $725 to $925 with a median of $850. The period's top disclosed sale was 178 Main St. at $925, sold by Kristen K. Regan to Jordyn Gallant and Gregory Logue. Sales spread across nine different streets with no repeat locations, and several transfers involved trusts or LLCs, including a same-family conveyance at 154 Stonegate Lane and a trust-to-LLC transfer at 171 Rockland Street. With more than half the deeds lacking price data, the available figures offer only a partial read on market conditions.
