Hanover Deed Filings Show Narrow Price Range Amid Wave of Family Trust Transfers

Plymouth County recorded 10 property deed transfers in Hanover between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three disclosed a sale price: $915 for 42 Willow Road, $700 for 42 Tyler Lane, and $660 for 36 Monroe Road, putting the median at $700. Six of the 10 transfers moved property from individual owners into trusts sharing the same family surname, a common estate-planning filing rather than a traditional home sale. With most deeds lacking price data, the recorded count alone does not reflect the volume of actual market transactions this period.
